  • Good morning ladies!
    Yesterday went super well so hopefully today can too.
    I'm buying a scale after my birthday cause I'm super poor right now. I have class in an hour and hopefully I'll go to the gym around 6 and then go to yoga at seven. I slept from 11:30 until 10 this morning and i'm still kinda tired. Thats almost ten hours of sleep. But whatever.


    Intake:
    b- a few bites of nasty yogurt (never try chocolate yogurt)
    l-TBA
    d-TBA


    Outtake:
    bike
    hour yoga class


    Here is to hoping today goes as well as yesterday!

  • Hi ladies!
    I really just want my stomach to shrink. I rermember when i used to be able to eat so little and never be hungry. I went so long without a sweet and I was fine. I just wish I could get back to that point again. I'm not really sure who I got back to here again. If you look through my posts you'll see that I've done this before already getting down to 125 so I know I can do it.
    I just need to stay motivated.


    Intake:
    b-none
    l- carrots, greenbeans and a half a cheeseburger- 800cals
    d-none
    snack- maybe a glass of orange juice if i get hungry later



    Outtake:
    20 mins on eliptical
    hour weight training/ cardio class

  • So this weekend was binge binge binge. But I tend to do that when I'm drunk. And even then I don't think i was that bad. Today is a new day though. And I'm eating mostly fruits and veggies today.

    Intake:
    b-some strawberries and pinapple
    l- green tea, cucbumer slices and wholewheat toast with peanutbutter
    d- salad w/o dressing and grilled chicken with lemon.
    s- carrot sticks?

    Outtake:
    TBA

    So thats my plan for today. I'm estimating that I'm abotu 170 right now. So I'm going to make a plan for loosing this with rewards.
    November 6th- 165lbs
    November 21st- 160lbs
    December 6th- 155lbs
    December 21st- 150lbs (reward: ?)
    January 5th- 145lbs
    January 20th- 140lbs (reward: buy something nice on vacation)
    February 4th- 135lbs
    February 19th- 130lbs (reward: ?)
    March 6th- 125lbs
    March 21st- 120lbs (reward: bikini!!!)
    April 5th- 115lbs
    April 20th- 110lbs
    May 5th- 105lbs
    May 20th- 100lbs
    DONE- maintain.

    I feel like i'm giving myself a longer period then most people give themselves. I'm not sure I'll even want to go past 115 when i get there. I'm pretty skinny at that weight.

  • Hey ladies!
    I just want to thank you all for your support yesterday. I probably would've just quit without it.
    Like you all said today is a new day.
    I'm going drinking tonight so I'm not going to eat much today cause i know that will be a lot of calories.
    Also I get to see my man tonight! I'm so excited. Its been awhile and I've missed him. So it will be nice.

    l- none
    dinner- some kind of sandwhich so i don't drink on an empty stomach

  • Ugh. Today was awful eating wise. I had a special K bar and apple then I had french fries and a buffalo chicken wrap and icecream. Thats it for the day. Seriously. No more being a fat fuck. God. I know what i want. I want to write for the fashion industry. Well hey fatass you can't write about clothes you can't even fit into. Why don't you lay off the food and maybe you'll have some small chance of actually making it.God. I need to be thin. I want to be beautiful and be able to fit into beautiful clothes.
