Hi ladies!
I really just want my stomach to shrink. I rermember when i used to be able to eat so little and never be hungry. I went so long without a sweet and I was fine. I just wish I could get back to that point again. I'm not really sure who I got back to here again. If you look through my posts you'll see that I've done this before already getting down to 125 so I know I can do it.
I just need to stay motivated.

l- carrots, greenbeans and a half a cheeseburger- 800cals

snack- maybe a glass of orange juice if i get hungry later

20 mins on eliptical
hour weight training/ cardio class
